To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required

🚫 Non-returnable items:
- Items damaged after delivery
- Used sleep-related or hygiene items (due to health reasons)

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process a refund within 5–7 working days.
